Premier League Top Teams Prediction

New season of Premier League has just begun. It is the best league in the world in terms of drama, tension, entertainment and excitement unmatched.

Here is my prediction and evaluation of the current squad for the upcoming season.

Chelsea: I'd like to start with the champions. Last season they were fantastic and won the Title without any hindrance. Mourinho seems to be quite pleased with this set of players and has not gone and bought players for the sake of buying. They are the most balanced team, they have a solid defence, balanced midfield, and creative while lethal in attack.

Weakness: Their defence is massively overhyped, how their defence works depends on what kind of day Matic is having.

Where they will finish: 1st. It's hard to see them not winning PL again. While they have some weakness, are any PL side good enough to exploit it?

Manchester United:  Manchester United have continued their spending spree, they very much believe in Van Gaal’s project. They have bolstered their defence and more importantly midfield. They needed to do that, to close the gap between them and Chelsea. So have they? That still remains a major doubt for me, while the buys they made were important they still haven’t done anything about one of the major issues last season; Their attack. Under Van Gaal, Manchester United scored the least number of goals in Last 20 years. Yes, even less than Moyes Era. With Di Maria gone they have now also lost their most creative player. Question mark still remains about Wayne Rooney as a striker, is he good enough to lead them? Is he good enough to score 20+ goals in the league? For me the answer is a blunt No. They need to buy a more direct and creative forward, a household name.
Weakness: Creativity and directness in attack. 

Where they will finish: They just edges Man City and will finish second.
