Wayne Rooney is now the Highest Goal Scorer for his Nation. But even then Liverpool fans believe a fellow Englishmen should not congratulate him, after the new boy Joe Gomez witnessed backlash from Liverpool supporters for the tweet and had to immediately delete his Tweet.
