It is rumored that Manchester United have got £150 million transfer kitty this summer. They've already snatched up PSV wonderkid Memphis Depay, but they are looking for more player to make them serious title contenders next season.
5. Seamus Coleman: Last season, Manchester United played Antonio Valencia as RB, and although the Ecuadorian didn't do bad for a make shift right-back, It's high time Manchester United get a proper one. With Liverpool snatching up Clyne, the list of quality RB's available in market is low and Manchester United desperately needing one, are very interested in buying him.
4. Alaxandre Lacazette:
Even with Rooney, Van Persie and Falcao last season, Manchester United
looked short of fire power up front, with Wayne Rooney being the top
scorer with just 12 goals; It was clear that they need someone young,
hungry and quick to unlock tight defences. Alaxandre Lacazette fills the
bill perfectly, in a break through season he scored 27 goals for Lyon
last term. Lyon won't budge unless an offer of £25 Million+ is presented to them.
3. Morgan Schneiderlin: Louis Van Gaal is said to be looking for a 'Ball Playing Midfielder' as a direct replacement of Micheal Carrick. First on the list is Southampton and French International, Morgan Schneiderlin. The midfielder has been immense for Saints in last two seasons, and has won lot of plaudits for his performances. He will cost around £24 Million.
2. Nicolas Otamendi: United are actively looking to add a central defender to bolster their Squad. Louis Van Gaal has identified Otamendi as one of the defenders who can improve their shaky defence. The Argentine was a key figure in Valencia's push for Champions League last season. The right footed defender can team up well with his friend, Marcos Rojo. Valencia however are not interested in selling him unless his RC is met, which stands at £35 Million.
1. Sergio Ramos: The Ramos saga has been on cover of every newspaper in Europe. Manchester United have made it clear they will not be willing to sell their best player in David De Gea, unless Real Madrid give them a world class player in return. The Spaniard is one of those High profiles signing Ed Woodward would love to make. Sergio Ramos will bring a lot to Manchester United defence, the most important though will be leadership which is clearly lacking. He is quick, agile, rash at times, and he is most certainly one of the best defenders in the world. Rumors are Real Madrid are only willing to part ways if Man Utd pay £40 Million + David De Gea for Ramos, but Manchester United are reluctant to agree to that for the 29 year old.
